Corgill Happy Heart Ranch is located on 41 scenic acres of oak tree shaded Texas hill country land. Facilities include 35 total stalls in four barns. The four barns have individual specialties. The main barn has fourteen stalls with large covered runs. The 12 x 12 box stalls are bedded with shavings over rubber mats. Barn amenities include a lounge for boarders, refrigerator for snacks, secured individual tack lockers, hot and cold water wash rack, veterinary stock, fly spray system, and an automatic light system. A second barn houses CHHR sales horses and overflow from the main barn. These eight stalls are 14 x14. The third and fourth barns are dedicated to the Ranch's breeding program. Stallion Face It Im Good and his broodmares are in a seven stall barn which boasts two large foaling stalls. The weanlings and yearlings are housed in a six stall shedrow barn. Besides the barns, CHHR has a covered 60-foot circle pen, lighted 175 x 270 foot fenced sandy arena, a 75 x 150 foot sandy non-railed arena with trail obstacles, a hot walker, pasture turnout pens and winding trails through the trees.
Boarded horses are afforded superior care (proper feeding, management and facilities) which allows them to be shown by their owners. Board fees include superior quality feed and hay fed twice daily. Supplements supplied by horse owner are fed at no additional cost. Horses can be turned out individually in pasture and placed on the hot walker several times per week if requested by horse owner. Stalls are cleaned daily and rebedded as needed. Boarders are included on website so they can "show off" their horses to friends via the web. Ranch owners live on-premises and can deal with farrier and veterinary calls. For minimal fees, boarded horses may be exercised in the round pen, blanketed during winter months, hauled locally, and video taped.
